Note:
Included in the rental amount
is electricity, high-speed wireless, gas, water, basic cable TV channels and garbage service. For
telephone service, a prepaid cell phone is provided, with a starting
balance of 100 pesos.
The renter is responsible for
all additional charges incurred on the cell phone.
Rental
Policies and Deposit:
When your dates are firm and we have confirmed availability of the property you wish to rent, we will send you our rental agreement via email.
You must then return the signed document along with the security deposit and first
month's rent within 7 calendar days. If your arrival date is 30 days or more away, you may send a personal check if you wish. If it is less,
we require certified funds.
A refundable
security deposit in the amount of US $1,000 is required at the same time
as the initial deposit, to cover possible damage to the property or
unforeseen expenses.
The owners will refund this deposit, when the property is returned in satisfactory condition.
